Libby Meehan

Creative Director

Libby’s love of event styling began with her rustic Frida Kahlo inspired Vermont wedding. She hand crafted everything from the stitched invitations to the up-cycled fringe garlands, and even made her own wedding dress. This launched her creative business Whistling Sparrow Designs doing invitations, florals, and decor for other weddings.

Libby studied costume design, studio art, and early childhood education. She excels at creating magical unique celebrations while also keeping events low waste and eco-friendly.

Angela Chaffee

Baker & Business Manager

Angie has been baking for as long as she can remember. She honed her skills learning from pros at Sugar Glider Kitchen, King Arthur Baking Co, Baking and Pastry Arts at Holyoke Community College, worked in the UMass Amherst bakeshop, and has participated in multiple gingerbread competitions at the Springfield Museums. She grows her own edible flower garnishes in her ever-expanding garden.

Angie studied environmental advocacy and her day job is working to protect the Connecticut River and the planet.

Since then, our shared interests for beautiful entertaining turned into shared dreams of special moments celebrated in style.
