What types of events do you do?

Baby or bridal showers, special birthdays or anniversaries, graduations, retirements, proposals, small weddings, date nights, mother’s day, girls night out…any special moment that deserves celebration, from 2 – 50 people. What is event styling?

It’s the little details that will make your event truly special and unique — a one-of-a-kind hand made banner, a seasonally inspired table-scape. In short, it’s what makes people say “wow!” Every event we style is unique. Let us help you think about what sort of experience you want for your guests – tastes, colors, vibe.

Do you offer event planning & coordination?

We will meet with you to plan the details of your event, including theme or color-scheme and decorations as well as menu. As part of that, we can help identify additional services that you may find useful (table/chair rental, full catering, etc.) to make your event the best it can be. We can help coordinate this for you for an additional fee, or you are welcome to book these vendors directly.

Are you a full service caterer or bar?

No. Our licenses do not permit us to physically serve food or alcohol as a traditional caterer would. However, we can deliver delicious, hand-made food that you serve to your guests. As part of our event styling, we offer food-stands and beverage dispensers for your use, as well as compostable plates and utensils.

What do you mean by small bites?

Easy to eat finger foods that are as delicious as they are beautiful. Who doesn’t love an assortment of appetizers or desserts? Sometimes that’s even better than a sit-down meal. Our menu includes a variety of appetizers, sweet and savory snacks, and desserts many of which can be made vegan, gluten-free, or allergy-friendly. If you’re looking for a full meal, we can suggest full service caterers or restaurants that offer party-size carry out options to supplement our menu.

What is vintage & eco-friendly ethic?

There is a unique beauty and charm in items that aren’t brand new. We hand select previously loved items and give them a new life. We strive to repurpose as much as possible while still crafting a unique style for your event. We use cloth table cloths, cloth napkins, and real glassware. Any one-time-use items are compostable or recyclable whenever possible. We strive to source food, flowers, and materials as locally and sustainably as possible as often as we can. You should expect that vintage items may not be perfect, but will be perfectly beautiful.

What's your maximum event size?

Events of 50 people or less allow us to make sure we’re offering you the highest quality service. As always, we’re flexible so let’s chat.

What's your geographic range?

Our food can be served in Massachusetts only, per state law. But our event styling services can be enjoyed by those as far as Brattleboro, VT or Hartford, CT. Events outside of the western MA region may incur additional travel fees. If you live outside of Massachusetts, let’s chat.

Will you be available during my event?

No. Our licenses do not permit us to physically serve food or alcohol. As such, we do not stay on-site during your event. However, we will arrive a number of hours before your event to deliver your food, set up and style your space. When we leave, you will be ready to party.

Do I get to keep the decorations?

You are welcome to keep any leftover food, all the flowers, and any personalized decorations that were made special for your event. We will return after your event to collect all other non-personalized decor including tablecloths, vases, candle holders, food stands, beverage dispensers, etc. Reusing these items minimizes the environmental impact of your event.
